Sheet Roll Forming Line SUNDWIG

Carasteristic of molding line: producer: Found Equip,(I), manufactered year: 2010, running only in trial, 5 month, excelent condition, – capacity: 18 moulds /h, – Frame dimensions: 1400 * 900 * 300 + 350mm, – Clamping system: Multi-piston head, + Mixer with a capacity of 35T / h, mixer RTM 1500 and autorotocontrol RTC106PB, – The site allows the use of a sand of contact and a sand of filling;

–          the number of molding boxes : 156 pairs ( 156 molding boxes 1400*900*300 mm and 156 molding boxes 1400*900*350 mm)

–          the number of palet cars : 163

–          vent hole piercing device : the piercing device allows to realize 2 pouring holes and 15 vent holes : Please find attached the drilling tools drawings.

–          Pattern plate carrier : there are 4 pattern plate carriers.

–          Control system : PLC SIEMENS MP377 touch screen 15” for the molding line and PLC SIEMENS S7 for the mixer

–          Green sand plant : the mixer (SCOVAL RTM 1500) , the weigh hopper, the 2 conveyors that convey the sand to the molding machine, and the 2 hoppers (one for contact sand) above the molding machine (capacity 4 tons) were installed in 2010 with the molding line. There is no cooling system. The capacity of the main sand tank is cca 260 m3
